Hotel Policy
Please familiarize yourself with the hotel policy:
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These rules have been developed based on current Bulgarian legislation.
- Best Western Plus Bristol Hotel guarantees the confidentiality of its guests.

The hotel administration may terminate services to guests who violate the rules and do not comply with the hotel policy.
CHECK-IN AND STAY RULES - Check-out is by 12:00 PM, and check-in is after 2:00 PM.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, each guest must present an ID for registration according to Bulgarian law.
- In case of early termination of the stay, the paid amount is non-refundable.
- The late check-out service (after 12:00 PM) is charged at 50% of the room rate and is provided to guests only if there are available rooms in the hotel, with check-out no later than 4:00 PM.
- Rooms are cleaned by 4:00 PM. If you have placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign and switch it to "Please Clean" after 4:00 PM, your room may not be cleaned. You can seek assistance at the Reception.
- Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily.
- A fee is charged for bringing in or taking out food and drinks in the restaurant, determined by the type of item.
- Please leave your valuables and documents in the safe in your room or at the Reception. The hotel is not responsible for money, valuables, and personal items left in the room or in the common areas of the hotel, as well as in the hotel parking lot.
- Forgotten items are kept for up to 3 months. If a courier is used to return a forgotten item, the fee is paid by the guest.
- We kindly ask you to take care of the hotel property and adhere to fire safety rules. Before leaving your room, please close the windows, water taps, turn off the lights and electrical appliances. The guest compensates for the value of damaged hotel property.
- There is a video surveillance system on the hotel premises (except for restrooms and hotel rooms). By using the hotel services, you agree to the video surveillance.
- Please note that parking spaces depend on availability and cannot be reserved. The parking is open and unguarded. The hotel is not responsible for damage to your vehicle on the parking lot.

Guests who do not respect the general order and the hotel policy may be required to leave the premises without a refund of pre-paid amounts. TO ENSURE ORDER AND SAFETY IN THE HOTEL, THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED:
Smoking in all indoor areas of the hotel is prohibited. In case of a violation, a fee of 195 BGN will be added to the room bill.
The use of electrical and gas appliances in the rooms.
The use of candles and other flammable materials.
The transfer of your room key card to third parties.
Storing materials and items in the rooms that are hazardous to health and life.
Removing and moving furniture from the rooms.
Violating generally accepted norms of behavior, aggressive behavior, and actions threatening the health and property of others.
Damaging hotel property.
Staying in the hotel with pets.
